- Compete among RSF members to improve your body composition: Points are awarded based on muscle gained, body fat lost, and visceral fat (dangerous fat around your organs) lost. Each pound of muscle gained is equal to 8 points, while each pound of muscle lost is a loss of -2 points, each level of visceral fat lost is worth 4 points, and each pound of body fat lost is worth 2 points.
- Win more with better results: First place wins a grand prize in cash worth $67.5 for each competitor in the challenge. 2nd and 3rd place finishes win the choice of a creatine or whey protein supplement.
- How it works: Everyone starts with a body composition scan on our InBody 570. The following 4 weeks, all competitors workout on our specially designed InBody Challenge workout routine and focus on eating clean to make sustainable changes to body composition. After those 4 weeks of hardcore training, the challenge finishes with a final InBody 570 scan to see the progress made throughout the challenge.
