What makes our memberships different?

Conventional Sessions

We’ve found that paying for personal training services in the traditional way makes it easy for you to slack off and offers no incentive for you to show up.

How so? Well, most facilities make you buy a set of sessions that you can use whenever, with no expiration. That sounds great in theory. However, our clients have demonstrated time and time again that it doesn’t work well in practice. It doesn’t take into account how we really work. Let us know if this sounds familiar:

You purchase a set of 12, 24, 50 sessions (no expiration).

You show up…at least for a few sessions. It doesn’t take long for you to get busy, take a break, or simply stop going.

Months later you become motivated again. You want to pickup where you left off, but you either have to lose weight you’ve gained or regain lost strength.

You never really reach your original goal or progress because of a lack of consistency & no incentive to show up.

RSF Membership

With our personal training membership, you pay a month in advance. Our Fitness Coaches are waiting for you every week. If you don’t use all of your sessions that month, you lose money. (We do put memberships on hold for travel and illness.)

This motivates our clients to keep going and establishes a system of accountability that becomes difficult to break. This is what works:

Buy Service

You purchase a Solo Full membership monthly plan (2 sessions/week) Valid for that month, restarts next month.

You show up for the first session, then the second, and so on because your coach is expecting you every week, and you’ll lose money if you don’t use the sessions.

Months later you have made significant progress and don’t want to stop. You’ve lost fat and gained some real strength. WAY better than when you started!

You achieve your goal because of consistency, incentive to show up, & the accountability built into the program from the start.

All memberships are in person or live virtual.  If you find yourself out of town, we go with you anywhere with our LIVE Virtual Strength Training appointments.
