What is the InBody 570?

InBody 570

The InBody 570 is a body scanning device that quickly tells you how much muscle and fat mass you have, your percent body fat, calorie burn rate, hydration levels, and several other health related components. It also tells you how much muscle and fat you have on each of your arms and legs and your trunk.

All of this information is important for you to know because it will give us a baseline to help us develop a program for you to meet your goals. We can figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis and how many you need to eat to help you get you towards your goal. It will also help us track your progress by telling you how much muscle you’ve gained, and how much fat you’ve lost.

We are incredibly excited to have this machine!

And our Free seminars, the first Tuesday of every month, we offer members and their guests a chance to try the InBody 570. We will choose one lucky client for a free InBody reading and we will interpret the results for them and show how we can use the information to help them achieve their goals.

The next few blog posts will go into more detail about some of the health components given by the InBody. Next week we will talk about basal metabolic rate: what it is, why it’s important, and how you can use it to help you achieve your goals!
